I recently went to Lanzarote in the Canary Isles for a short break, staying in Costa Teguise. Wherever we went,on the beach or in the bars or restaurants, we were constantly bombarded with people selling sunglasses, hats, bracelets etc or offering massages. We always declined their wares politely and refused to let them bother us. I did wonder if there might be a way for these people to get more sales by giving some sort of valuable information to the people they accosted.

About halfway through our holiday we went on a bus trip to another resort, Puerto Del Carmen, where the bus stopped outside a small modern shopping centre on several floors. As we came out of one of the shops, we were approached by a man selling different lotions and potions. We smiled and began to say no thank you as usual. Before we got chance to say no, this cheerful man started talking to us.

He asked us where we were from, in perfect English, and asked us if we were off to the beach as it was such a lovely day. We ended up chatting for a couple of minutes and we told us about a little known beach which he himself used, which was particularly nice and ‘far from the madding crowd’! He said he hoped we got a chance to go, and that we should let him know if we liked it, and maybe look at his creams when we came back!

He was relaxed and friendly, not pushy at all. He did not lead with his business. Obviously he wanted to sell things to us, but by offering us information in a friendly, helpful way, he had us eating out of his hand! We actually wanted to buy something from him; he was so friendly and relaxed!

And it made me draw some parallels with my Network Marketing business. That is how a Network Marketing business runs online; by giving value to others. I have just been watching a webinar replay in the back office of My Lead System Pro, where all the leaders at the level 4 have gone to Colorado for a Mastermind retreat and to have some serious fun! He said that they had all been on a snowmobile trip whilst they were there. This was not a short blast, it was a all dayer; i believe he said about 40 miles. It was quite heavy going; they had obstacles to overcome, pain, frustration. Blood, crash and tears comes to mind! But amazingly, no-one moaned or complained once! Each and every one of the leaders just went along with it and ended up having an exciting and amazing day.

As Norbert said, generally when you get a group of people together to do something, you inevitably get moaners and whiners. ‘Its too hard’ or ‘too cold’ or something like that. But leaders know that to get anything significant in life you must get your head down and work towards a goal. They know it will be worth it in the end, so they dont give up or moan and groan, they simply keep going. Because they have the right mindset to succeed!!

The right mindset will help with everything in life, not only business. Skills you acquire from MLM help in so many different areas. Personal Development is key, because you grow as a person, so you become a better parent, daughter, friend and partner, as well as a better business person!

Leaders are aware that everyone sometimes get stuck; they know that that is the time try harder or smarter. Without effort, you will get nowhere. The only way to the top is through sheer hard work!

My article submitter then spins all the sentences to make lots of different articles. It really makes the most of any article you write. And of course, it quickly submits to hundreds of directories for me!

So if you are still interested in writing articles, make sure you realise that you will need to be persistent and consistent in wriitng these articles. It will certainly take some time until you see a difference in the number of people going to your sites. You need to build momentum. Dont stop until the results come. If you continue on and on with the articles, you will eventually get the results you are hoping for.
