Ok, let me set this straight now. Herbalife is a legit business opportunity. Believe it or not, there are not many Network Marketing frauds out there. I am so tired of reading everywhere on the internet and forums about scams.

You have to know something; people that say a particular Network Marketing business is a rip-off are frequently the folks that I named “Tired Kickers”. The same people are not willing to do whatsoever it requires to be profitable in the MLM Company. These are the people that somehow think that their upline is expected to do the entire job for them. This company is on the NY stock exchange, and is part of Direct Selling Associations around the world. Herbalife has around 1.9 million business partners around the world. They are currently marketing their products in 70 countries. They had $3.8 billion sales volume in 2008. This company paid rewards worth of $2.4B to their representatives in 2007. This does not happen frequently in other MLM Companies.

So why are they calling Herbalife a scam? These are folks that were in no way taught the most critical skill that you must have in order to be doing well in Herbalife or other MLM company. This skill is marketing. We MLM professionals forget that we are marketers. Those that know that they have to market are marketing the wrong thing. I will simplify this as best as I can. You have to market yourself. This company is doing a great job of marketing themselves already. THIS IS YOUR BUSINESS. PEOPLE WILL DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE. Folks that go over the internet saying that Herbalife is a scam are the people that refuse to understand this basic notion. These same folks will call all other MLM companies a scam.
